LifeTek’s Customer Service staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Staff members are trained to assist with distribution, education and tissue utilization. Most orders are shipped overnight, with frozen allografts packed on dry ice to maintain required temperatures. LifeTek also networks with other tissue banks to ensure tissue availability, accommodating specific sizing requirements and surgery schedules.
